Welcome

Welcome to the website for the Friends of Cwmdonkin Park. The park has undergone many changes as a result of winning heritage lottery funding and these alterations have culminated in celebrations for the 100th anniversary of Dylan Thomas' birth this year - 2014

The site aims to provide you with a catalogue of events and activity, sponsored by the Friends of Cwmdonkin Park, and to share the day to day life of this beautiful park, nestling in the heart of the city that Dylan Thomas called "this world within the world of the sea town".

We welcome your contributions, old photographs, your memories and your stories of the park, and if you want to join us, so much the better.
